Sometimes the classroom is just too small, and can not truly simulate the effects of natural light or scale found in nature. This class takes your drawing and painting to this next degree: full scale to scaled down and how to get there with composition, value, and color. Instructor will mainly work in oils, but students are welcome to work in the medium of their choice. Weather permitting, classes will be held outdoors. First class will meet at the VAC, then we will go out and about, and close the day session with a group critique.
